CA B Shivananda Pai founded B Shivananda Pai & Co on 1st November 1995 with a clear vision and a deep-rooted dream of providing reliable and high-quality financial expertise to individuals and businesses.

Beginning as a modest professional practice, the firm has over the last 3 decades steadily grown and blossomed into a well-established organisation comprising over 50 professionals, including Chartered Accountants, corporate financial advisors, and tax consultants, serving a diverse and expanding client base.

He has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1995 and possesses vast experience in direct tax consultancy and corporate advisory, having advised clients across varied sectors.

He also served as the Chairman of the Mangaluru Branch of ICAI during the year 2018-2019, contributing actively to the professional development of the profession.
